By using our websites, services, SMS communication, or AI systems, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

1. Services We Provide

We provide:

• AI-powered lead-generation

• AI voice agents

• AI receptionist systems

• SMS automation

• Appointment-setting and follow-up tools

• CRM and workflow integration

• Consulting and technical setup

• Training and support

We reserve the right to modify or update our services at any time.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Misuse our systems

• Attempt to reverse-engineer or copy our technology

• Use our services to send harmful, illegal, or abusive messages

• Repurpose our systems for your own multi-client use without permission

• Interfere with platform functionality

We may suspend services if acceptable-use rules are violated.

3. Payment & Billing

If you purchase any service, you agree to:

• Pay all fees on time

• Provide accurate billing information

• Understand that setup fees are non-refundable

• Understand monthly retainer fees are subscription-based and recurring

• Understand refunds are NOT provided for work already delivered

Failure to pay may result in paused or terminated service.

4. Appointments & Lead Handling

When using our AI appointment-setting systems, you agree:

• AI will contact leads using the data you provide

• You are responsible for ensuring that your leads are compliant with GDPR and cold outreach laws

• We are not responsible for the performance of leads you upload

• You must notify us of any scheduled appointments requiring follow-up

5. Intellectual Property

All AI systems, workflows, scripts, training data, and proprietary tools we create remain our intellectual property.

You may NOT:

• Copy

• Reproduce

• Distribute

• Resell

• Modify

• Claim ownership over

• Create competing systems based on our templates

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep all sensitive information confidential, including:

• Client lists

• Lead data

• Scripts

• System configurations

• Login details

• Training materials

We may use anonymized data to improve our systems.

7. SMS & Communication Consent

By using our SMS services, you confirm:

• You have obtained proper consent from individuals you message

• You comply with all local regulations

• You will honour unsubscribe requests

We are NOT liable for SMS compliance violations arising from your data.

8. AI System Behaviour

You acknowledge:

• AI may occasionally misunderstand or misprocess information

• You are responsible for reviewing AI-handled communication

• You must report issues for correction

• AI systems may require ongoing training to maintain accuracy

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if:

• Payments fail

• You violate acceptable-use rules

• You misuse the AI

• You abuse support staff

• Illegal activity is detected

You may cancel at any time, but payments already made are non-refundable.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

We are not liable for:

• Lost revenue

• Lost leads

• Lost appointments

• Damages from misuse

• Damages from client-provided lead lists

• SMS deliverability issues

• AI misunderstandings

• Third-party platform outages (Twilio, Meta, Google, etc.)

Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid in the previous 30 days.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of:

Ireland & the United Kingdom

Any disputes will be resolved in Irish or UK courts.
